How much does new lighting cost?

Can you swap old halogen spotlights for LED?

Will fitting downlights make a mess of the ceiling?
No. We measure and agree each spot first, cut clean holes, catch the dust and leave the room as tidy as we found it.
Can you fit lights in the garden?
